A former combat medic, C.P. Shafer's poems and short stories have appeared online and in various literary journals. His debut collection of poetry My Father's Hand Is a Mountain Range released in 2019. His most recent work The Book of Blank Pages is out now from Will Dreamly Arts Publishing. He lives in California, where he works as a screenwriter.
